This Shipping Policy outlines the details and guidelines governing the shipment of products purchased from our online store at We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following information to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to address any inquiries you may have along the way.

1. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During this time, our team ensures that your gym equipment is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipping.
  • After processing, your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your items are handled with care and delivered to you promptly.

There are some exceptions where an order may ship out later than the expected time. If this is the case for your order, then the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will take the actual ship date into account.

  • Shipping time will be made available to you by the courier company when your order gets shipped.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Shipping charges:
  • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at the time of checkout. These charges are based on several factors, including the destination of your order, the shipping method selected, and the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart.
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over £100 GBP within the UK. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply. The free shipping option will automatically become available during the checkout process.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at at the earliest. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us at with your order number.   

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Please note:

  • Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment
  • It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within fourteen (14) days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.
  • We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.
  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers, and we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping services in the future.
  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • For security reasons, we do not deliver or accept orders with incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.
  • 300 Fitness is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.
  • We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.
  • Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
